Be visible in every stage of the candidate journey
Start by raising awareness for your organization as employer. In today’s job markets, most job-seekers are passive, which means they are currently employed but open to new roles or opportunities.
Awareness / SEE
Once you have their attention, you’ll want to focus on providing candidates with the information and insights to make them consider you as their new employer. I call it the content stage!
Consideration / THINK
After planting a seed in the awareness stage, giving arguments and insights in the consideration stage, it is time to convert those visitors into applicants in the Interest stage.
